Since 2006, Anil Saini has excelled as the chief executive officer at Madison Intermodal LLC, also known as SEI Transportation, a Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based company that specializes in the prompt and uninterrupted movement of local drayage. In addition, he has held the same leadership role at Pooja Trucking Inc. since 2010. Utilizing a combination of trains and trucks, the companies can ship a large number of goods; they cross the country by train for a short distance of 200 miles, saving fuel and manpower while benefiting the environment and economy. A logistics and transportation expert who oversees operations and is directly involved in sales and marketing, some of Mr. Saini’s clients include Home Depot, Amazon, and Walmart.
Prior to the establishment of SEI Transportation, Mr. Saini owned a restaurant and bar for 11 years. Attributing his success to his family, he prepared for his professional journey by attaining a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University, in addition to specialty training by completing coursework at the Fox School of Business.
